Picnic Fun

We had a great picnic today with great friends. We celebrated our gotcha day today with our girls at Star Fort today. It is amazing to look at these girls and see how much they have changed.
We had great food and boy did my Andrew love it. He ate and ate, he could not get enough. We were missing one family today. The Kings could not make it today and we missed them!
What is a picnic without cheese puffs!!!

Here is all of the little children but not one of them is looking at the camera. They had a ball with the wagons.

Celebrating 2 years with Barbee Ruth!!

We are celebrating Gotcha Day today. 2 years ago today we got Barbee Ruth. What a special day that was for our family. She has brought so much joy into our life. She is from the Hunan province and the girls from there are called sassy. Well they got it right with BR! She is very sassy. We went our to eat Chinese food tonight to celebrate with our best friends the Jackson's. We thank God for giving us Barbee Ruth and look forward to watching her grow to serve Him. Easter 2009

We had a great day today with family. We went to church then went for a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Werts before they left for Augusta. Next was a wonderful lunch with Bridgette, Tim and Lawson. We had ham, green bean casserole, brown rice and sweet potato casserole. Then Chocolate chip Cheesecake. I was the best of all. It was truly a great day celebrating my savior with my wonderful family. I'm blessed more then I deserve. I pray that your Easter was wonderful!! My 4 children.....I would have never thought I would have had 4 children from 31 to 2 years old.

Please continue to remember Mr. Werts in your prayers. He is very weak from the radiation and has no strength.

SPRING Where are you?

Well since we can not get out and play I decided to do some baking and decorating. I made the cup cakes while they took their nap and then we decorated the dinning room with a few things. Andrew is so cute, he does not know what to think about all these things. But he did know what to do with the cup cake, he ate the icing off just like all kids do.

AMAZING

It is amazing what a month can do for a little fellow. We are finally all well and adjusting fine. Barbee Ruth and Andrew are loving each other more every day. We went to see the plastic surgeon this week and he will do Andrew's surgery on May 11. He wants him to be off his antibiotics for one month before surgery. We have to teach him to drink from a cup before surgery so that will be lots of fun. (big boy cup--no sippy cups) 3/3/09

Well the pictures tell the story. Look how much he has changed in just one month. I can't wait to see what is in store for us. God is so Good and He gets all the glory!!!
