Father's Day

We had a great father's day. We started the day with muffins and breakfast casserole for Rickey. Andrew helped me with breakfast because princess Barbee Ruth was still sleeping. Here is the princess!!! Here hair is a not mess.

Rickey opening his card, his homemade. Since I had surgery and can not drive and didn't have anyone to take me shopping so we made a card. I guess that is is best kind to get.

Andrew and Barbee Ruth with my dad, he came to church with us this morning and then out to eat lunch. He is a great dad.

This is Rickey's dad, we are very thankful to have him still in our children's life after the year he has. PTL he is doing as well.

I'm thankful for my husband, my dad and my beautiful children. God is good!!! All the time!!!

More VBS

Here is the greatest tree ever. Nicholas made this tree and I think it is awesome. I would love for him to make one in the kids play room. (Whenever we get it done). We ended VBS with a BANG. Big storm came through and the power went out . There were a bunch of kids and their fans in the sanctuary waiting on the program that did not to happen. But that was okay anyway. Supper went on by candle light I hear, we did not stay. I think I did too much. My sweet babies in front of the famous tree.

Some of the craft helpers. They did a great job without me!!!!! Nicholas did so good decorating and he did it on a dime. HAHA
I pray that many seeds were planted and life's changed through VBS. Thank you Sheila Hope and all the rest of the wonderful people who helped with Siloam Baptist Church's VBS.

VBS

Well I had signed up to do the crafts for this years VBS but I had to have back surgery. I had surgery on Friday and VBS started on Sunday. Thank God I have a wonderful son, Nicholas just took over and is doing the crafts. Nicholas you are great!! Thanks for helping your old mama!! I pray that many children come to know Christ through all VBS' this year.

Happenings in the Werts Family

Andrew is doing great and he is enjoying eating again (he so loves to do it). Him and Barbee Ruth's love grows more and more every day. I'm loving seeing them loving on each other, every night she crawls up in the bed with him kisses him and tell him she loves him. They are such a joy. We went to the Zoo Saturday with Chandler and Carson, as you can tell Chandler and BR love each other. It was so funny, if another child tried to talk to her Carson would not like it. We had a great day and I'm thankful for Jennifer she is such a good friend.

We tried to get the four of the to look at the camera at the same time but it was very hard for them to do. I don't know how people do it when they have this many children of their own. So here is the best of many taken.

Rickey loves his babies!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday night I let them take a dip in the pool in their underwear. They loved it, ever since Andrew is trying to take his pants off and points to the poo. We are going to have a great summer.

Prayer request: I will be having surgery on my back soon (don't have a date yet). Please pray that the little ones will understand why mama can't "hold you mama". Also for quick healing.

VBS starts on the 14th at our church and we want as many people to come to the Lord as He allows.
