We had a ball at Disney this year during Christmas time and the park was beautiful. We only went to the park for one day and that was enough for me. Both the kids were so tired after being there all day long. We had a great time and look forward to going again next year.....but I think it will be a Halloween.

Pirate Party-Andrew's 6

Captain Andrew turned the BIG 6. He had a wonderful day. Andrew started his day with blueberry waffles and then we were off to a picnic for my work everyone sang to him and he thought it was grandest thing. Then the Pirate Party began at 6 o'clock. We were blessed with cool weather, we ate Andrew's favorite food-HOT DOGS. All the kids had a great time playing in the sand and on the play set. It was a prefect evening for a pirate party. It got so cool that we had to bring out the coffee maker and make a pot of "JOE".

His candles were on both sides of the cake so Andrew had to get help blowing out the candles. He told us what he wished for...."I want everyone to go to Heaven". I love this boy so much!!!

Barbee Ruth gave him a happy napper and he was one happy boy!

We feel very very blessed to have Andrew in our life!!

K-5 Here we come!

Well I never thought I would have 2 Kindergartners at the same time but here they are. We started last Wednesday and they have both had a great week so far. I feel so blessed that they have teachers that are both Godly women and I know they will be loved on just as much as they are taught. When we got to school there first day they did not even want me to walk them in, so I did NOT walk in with them. I think since they had each other they felt safe.

They both look so grown up. It just seems like yesterday they were babies and not going to school. God has bless Rickey and I greatly with these Chinese children as I call them. Rickey and I were talking today about where would they be if we had not been obedient to God's call on our life to adopt.

Mini Vacation

THE BIG 5!!!

Happy Birthday Sassy Girl!! It is hard to believe that our baby girl just turn 5 years old. Time is just flying by......she was 8 months old when she came into our lives. The party was all about Pink Poodles and Paris! We had dog food (cocoa crunch), ham, turkey and cheese on croissant rolls, fruit, cookies (dog bones), cake, pink cake batter ice cream (home made by daddy) and pink lemonade of course. Nick Nick painted the Eiffel towers for us and put some glitter on them (pink, purple and black).

We ended the evening with some fun in the POOL!! Here is BR with her best bud!! They love each other so much!

Praise

Andrew went to the Cardiologist today for his check up and PRAISE THE LORD!!! Everything is good. The doctor said no blood pressure medications needed and we didn't need to return for 6 months. When I think about what this little guy has been through in his short little life it just amazes me how much God has blessed him and us also.

Spring break, Gotcha day and Easter all in One Week

We started our week on the 17th and headed to Myrtle Beach with the camper! 5 hours later and all the money we had gone from filling the gas tank we made it. We got set up just in time to go to bed. Here is our sweet little china girl.....can not believe it has been 4 years since she came into our life. April the 18th is one the best days of our live. She is such a sassy thing and rules the roost. We had a great week at the beach and really enjoyed spending time with the kids......Nicholas even came down for a few days.

We made it home on Friday evening and got up Saturday morning and head to church for the Easter egg hunt. Here is a picture of our sweet little china children....Bekah was not there she was still at the beach.

The Easter bunny left a basket full of stuff and so did Big sister Bridgette and Big brother Nick Nick. They got too much candy and toys. They are loved very much by the both of them.

Here is Lawson, BR and Andrew...we could not get Ayden to stand still to get a picture. We had a great day with our family!! God has really blessed us and we are so thankful!!

2 Years ago today

2 years later and he is one happy little boy.....he loves to eat, he loves to play and he loves his family. I can not even image what life would be like without this little boy in it. At least 20 times a day he tells me he loves me. It is so sweet to hear him say "Mama I love you two hours". In the past 2 years Andrew has had a total of 5 surgery's, God had been so good to him and has gotten him and us through everyone of them. Below is a picture of Andrew at the park last weekend and if you look close he has food in his mouth. Below is a picture from our trip to China to get Andrew and look at his mouth and face...food everywhere. What can I say that boy loves to eat!!

I praise God for calling us to adopt this sweet sweet boy and without a doubt he belongs to us and we belong to him. God is good!!!
